Mohanlal is huge star in Kerala no doubt, and Vijay has a formidable fan base in Mollywood as well. So the
market in Kerala is wide open for Jilla to make it big. Thammeens has been Vijay's successful distributor in
the past, making a sizable reputation out of his previous flicks.
Now Mohanlal's Aashirvad cinemas has grabbed the distribution rights for Jilla so expect crackers all around.
This will have a tremendous impact in Kerala as both the stars share enough glitz .
The movie directed by Nesan has Vijay, Mohanlal, Kajal in the lead cast with music crooned by Imman. Vijay
and Kajal will be off to Bulgaria and Slovenia to shoot some exotic songs, after which the shooting is expected
to wrap up soon. A kalakal Pongal for Mollywood and Kollywood fans indeed.
